our story

ENOVATEXAS is the story of a how a homeowner became a remodeler/builder.

Right at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic Marketing Major, Rosy Lizarraga began a small home remodeling project that quickly escalated into a colossal undertaking.

In the process she experienced consistent dissatisfaction, disappointment, and frustration with the level of commitment, craftmanship, and cost/value received from contractors until she met Ivan Barragan.

Together with Ivan, a former Special Ops Commander, and a Quarrying Specialist with the Colombian Army, they founded ENOVATEXAS to provide bespoke premier remodeling and building services for any job size.

Behind The Name

The name, ENOVATEXAS, comes from a play-on-words of the word Innovate and our proud Lone Star State. Because real estate is one of the biggest investments individuals make, Rosy came up with the slogan: “Innovate and Build Dreams Together” and ENOVATEXAS was born.
