What we do ?
Since its birth, the company has grown from two people to an enterprise with a large network of architects, engineers, and specialized contractors and subcontractors who love what they do and bring their individual talents and passion to every project ENOVATEXAS undertakes.
At the core of our business lies a passionate desire to create spaces that deliver beauty and value while removing the burden of traditional project management from our clients’ shoulders by using a Design-Build approach, but what is “Design-Build”?
Design-Build is a simple method to remodeling and building that provides Owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. Under this methodology the Owner needs to manage only one contract.
As Design-Builder, ENOVA TEXAS holds single-source responsibility for every aspect of a job — from estimation, assessments and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post-construction. Working from the beginning as a Team with the Owner unified recommendations are provided that fit the Owner's schedule and budget.
Any changes are promptly addressed by the entire Team, leading to collaborative problem-solving and innovation, not excuses or blame-shifting, which result in efficient use of resources delivering results on schedule and within budget.
Tile and paint are the finishing touches that give remodels, restorations, and new builds the right amount of elegance and style to any interior or exterior surface.
Due to tile’s abrasion resistance (PEI Rating), resistance to water absorption, chemical, stain, thermal and frost shock resistance properties make it a popular construction material for flooring, back splashes, bathrooms, or outdoor areas at a fraction of the cost of natural stone.
Painting can be both done for functional and aesthetic reasons on a commercial or residential basis. Commercial painting usually involves large scale activity for business like restaurants, factories, warehouses, buildings and follows strict regulations with emphasis usually on function over appearance. Residential painting on the other hand, frequently stresses appearance over function, is more flexibility on the materials used and is limited in scope.
Whether your project involves tile, paint or both the single most important decision is what tile and paint is used. With the vast number of options and alternatives available it can be challenging choosing the right product for each area or surface being worked on. At ENOVA TEXAS we work directly with you choosing your tile and match it with the right grout and paint color bringing the whole look together.
Masonry work can be done to improve your house as well as your home’s curb appeal and inside looks. The most common materials for these individual units are brick or stones such as marble, granite, limestone, slate, travertine, concrete block, and stucco. Builders and remodelers often use brick or stone as a building base given its durability, low maintenance, resistance to fire and moisture, energy efficiency and unsurpassed natural appearance yielding timeless elegance.
Every job is different and even with proper design, careful approach must be exercised especially when opening or adding spaces as they may involve structural changes. When removing or adding sections ENOVA TEXAS conducts a thorough analysis to determine the proper location where, while disturbing the existing brick as little of as possible, new structural support beams may be needed to support the site’s weight and avoid compromising the existing structure.
Learning about masonry and selecting the appropriate materials for your home or building application can be time consuming and stressful
Having an experienced partner like ENOVA TEXAS on your side provides peace of mind and simplifies the process.
Carpentry is the assembly and repair of wooden structures. However, there is a strong distinction between rough carpentry, finish carpentry and woodworking.
Rough Carpentry focuses on the framing part of a building project. A rough carpenter, known as a framer or rough carpenter, understands how to construct walls, roofs, and floors that meet building codes, safety, and engineering specifications.
Finish Carpentry is the final step in a remodeling process which involves the installation of finish woods and trims. With attention to detail, a finish carpenter installs features like doors, crown moldings, baseboards, windows, stairs, and other design elements.
Whereas Carpentry focuses on building homes and structures with wood, woodworking concentrates on building specific custom wood pieces such as tables, chairs, cabinets, closets, bookshelves, stair treads, railings, or decking.
Depending on where you are at in your remodeling or building adventure or if you are unsure which type of a carpenter is needed, ENOVA TEXAS and its expert Team is here to help you figure it out.
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) accounts for most of the critical and unseen mechanical design work in residential and commercial constructions and is responsible of ensuring all services and facilities in a building are optimally designed, built up to code specifications and operate cost effectively.
Mechanical systems most commonly relate to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, but they can also address transportation systems such as lifts and escalators, elements of infrastructure, industrial plant, and machinery, such as piping and pumps, and so on.
Electrical systems might include, power supply and distribution, information, and telecommunications systems, wiring and cabling of control, security, access, detection and alarm systems, optimal interior and exterior lighting fixtures and their locations.
Plumbing refers to any system that allows the movement of fluids, typically involving pipes, valves, plumbing fixtures, and tanks. Plumbing systems might be used for heating and cooling, waste removal, potable cold and hot water supply, water recovery and treatment systems, rainwater, surface and subsurface water drainage, and natural gas piping among others.
When suitable, utilizing an integrated MEP engineering approach ENOVA TEXAS adopts a building process that is more efficient, resulting in fewer problems and yielding optimum system’s design.
Distilled to its essence, Project Management is the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools and techniques combined with the art of managing people to deliver something of value to people.
There are numerous project management techniques but in general the same basic principles apply in all situations.
At ENOVA TEXAS we partner with our clients and treat every remodeling or building project as a one-of-a-kind endeavor, each one following a five-stage life cycle;
· Stage 1: Visualizing, shaping, and initiating the project
· Stage 2: Planning the project
· Stage 3: Designing the processes and outputs (deliverables)
· Stage 4: Implementing, resourcing, tracking, communicating interim results
· Stage 5: Evaluating and closing out the project
